Chinese fakeaway anyone? 

Popping in to Sainsbury’s after work (literally have to pass it to get home, handy but oh so dangerous 🙈) dinner was inspired by a reduced pack of mange tout & baby corn!Home and got the tub of Chinese five-spice out of the freezer! Ever prepared I have rice & noodles in the cupboard too – looking good 😋

Time to prep. Chop a red onion and red pepper. Spray a frying pan with frylight and fry for about 5 mins (add a splash of water to stop any burning/sticking). Add the mange tout and baby corn and continue to cook for 2-3 mins.Meanwhile, heat the Chinese sauce in the microwave for 10 mins then add to the pan.Finally, add the noodles to the pan and simmer until heated through…

SYN FREE – add chicken if you don’t want a veggie dish
