Elfy Keema Curry with pilau cauliflower rice

SYN FREE & suitable for EE SP DAY 💖

500g 5% fat minced beef


1 red onion – chopped
2 small carrots – finely diced
1 green pepper – chopped
Garam masala
Chilli flakes

Spray pan with frylite and add garlic, onion & carrot to the pan, fry till golden (adding water as necessary to stop sticking). 

Add minced beef and fry till browned.

Add the green pepper & spices, mix well then add the Passata. 

Lower heat and simmer for 20-30 mins until cooked. 

Meanwhile, place cauliflower florets in food processor and pulse until grains (you can also use a hand grater BUT mind your fingers 😳)

Place in a large microwaveable bowl, add 2 teaspoons of schwartz pilau rice seasons & 1 tablespoon of water. Stir well and microwave for 5 minutes..
