Babybel Burgers – makes 4 

500g 5% fat minced beef

1/2 – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 – 1 teaspoon garlic granules
1/2 – 1 teaspoon natural umami (a great find in tesco herb section)
4 x Babybel light 

Put the mince in a bowl and add all spices and seasoning. Mix well (I like to get in there with my hands and really squeeze the flavours into the meat) 

Divide mixture into 4 even balls (electronic scales can be handy when big kids are involved for even portions 😜) 

Take each ball, split into two and flatten into 2 round patties (evenly sized). Place 1 Babybel light in the centre of 1 pattie and place the other pattie on top. Mould the meat together, ensuring the Babybel is covered well whilst keeping the burger shape. 

Repeat with the other 3 portions. 

Place on a foil covered baking tray & bake in the middle of the oven @ 200* for 30 mins until cooked and cheese starts to ooze out

Serve on a roasted field mushroom with butternut squash spiced chips and veg of choice
