Elfy’s Spicy Lamb Tagine 

 


Lamb Tagine

Lean diced lamb (any visible fat removed)
Passata (napolina for me)
Garlic
1 lamb stock cube
2 carrots – diced
1 red onion – chopped
1 red pepper – chopped 
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric 
1 teaspoon harissa powder (or cayenne pepper)
Pinch cinanmon 
Crushed chilli’s – to taste

Optional – Chopped dried apricots/ prunes (2.5 syn per 25g) 

Throw all ingredients together in the slow cooker & leave for 6 hours..

Serve with cous cous
