Seeing as the weather has taken a turn for the worse today I’m having an afternoon in the kitchen. It’s my favourite way to relax and unwind.
Today’s theme is Morocco! F Minor is off on his holidays to Cornwall tonight until Friday and so it’s a great chance to cook something that he wouldn’t like (jeez, I’m not sure a week is long enough to fit everything in lol).
I’m preparing a slow cooked lamb tagine and then trying out a sw recipe I’ve been meaning to try for AGES, caramelised onion hummus..
